Refund & Returns Policy

Because all VorTHIS products are digital, downloadable script files, our refund policy differs from physical-goods stores. Please read this policy before purchasing.

1. Nature of the Products

Our scripts are delivered as digital .txt files immediately after payment. Once a file is downloaded, it can be copied and retained indefinitely, so it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. For this reason, all sales are final except in the cases listed in Section 2.

2. When a Refund or Replacement Applies

We will gladly issue a full refund or provide a replacement file if:

  • The file is corrupted or fails to open and our replacement copy has the same issue.
  • You did not receive the download (e.g., the link did not generate) and support cannot recover it.
  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate billing).
  • The wrong product was delivered due to our error.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • A change of mind after download.
  • A script not matching your personal taste or casting needs.
  • Performance or licensing disagreements (see licensing in our Terms & Conditions).

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email feijishibusiness@outlook.com within 14 days of purchase.
  1. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
  1. Briefly describe the issue (attach a screenshot if the file will not open).

We will review your request and reply within 3 business days.

4. Resolution and Timing

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Replacements (corrupted or wrong file) are sent by download link, usually within 1 business day.
  • Duplicate charges are reversed as soon as verified.

5. Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong script by mistake and have not downloaded it, we can exchange it for another title of equal or lesser value. Once downloaded, exchanges follow the refund rules above.
