These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ylda.shop and your purchase of digital script products from Xiamen Feijishi Trading Co., Ltd. (“VorTHIS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. About the Store

ylda.shop is an online marketplace for original, production-ready scripts in two categories: Mystery & Detective and Kids & Family. All products are delivered as digital text files (.txt) for immediate download after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Intellectual Property

All scripts, text, characters, and supporting materials on ylda.shop are the intellectual property of VorTHIS or its authors and are protected by copyright law.

What your purchase includes:

  • A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script for performance, reading, education, or production planning.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the script file.
  • Publish the full script online or in print.
  • Claim authorship of the work.
  • Use the script for commercial broadcast or paid distribution without a separate license.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated.
  • Payment is processed by third-party providers at checkout. An order is complete once payment is confirmed and the download is made available.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or correct pricing errors; paid orders are honored at the price shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Digital files are delivered by secure download link immediately after payment confirmation. You are responsible for downloading and safeguarding your files.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the site.
  • Scrape, copy, or resell site content or product files.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The scripts are provided “as is” for creative and performance use. We make no warranty that any script is suitable for a specific stage, venue, age group, or legal requirement. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review content for their intended audience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VorTHIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use purchased scripts for future performances ends, though copies already lawfully performed may remain.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Xiamen, Fujian, China.
